With the prevalence of anchoring shows being the major form of media programs, anchorman has accordingly become the representative of mass media. The quality of one media program hinges on the quality of this individual; thus the expertise of anchorman has become the core criterion as to the program evaluation. The reason is obvious that as the communicator of radio and TV information, the anchorman's communicating skills often have a decisive effect to the final results. Then it requires anchorman to get higher communication skills. As the media mergence becomes a major trend, media has demonstrated features like interaction, divergence and non-linearity.
