With the rapid development of information technology, the computer has been widely used in the social sectors. At present, many enterprises and institutions make extensive use of information processing, handling, and there have been various types of management information systems. These management information systems are developed by different languages and run on different platforms.So there are some disadvantages such as the duplication of data, the different data formats, and the scattered distribution of defects. All these factors can not really achieve the goal of resource sharing, or the demand of open-ended.Service-oriented architecture (SOA) is loosely coupled software architecture. It has the advantage of reduced service providers and users between the close-coupled. The use of the structural design of the system function, even if the specific modules to achieve change, as long as the packaging service interface module does not change, those requesting service will not be affected.For these reasons, based on the design ideas of SOA(Service Oriented ArChiteCture,SOA), a SOA-based, open, loosely coupled and reusable framework for human resources management system is proposed.This system can realize the openness and share resources with other management information system easily. The main function of the system includes data on institutions and staff queries and file management, personnel information management and assessment, recruitment management, training and development management, employee benefits management, decision analysis.This thesis first introduces the basic concepts of the software architecture, the concepts, features and the basic structure of SOA, and then discusses the technology of Web Services, which are the implementation of SOA. After that, a SOA-based human resources management system architecture and its information security Mechanism have been discussed. At last, a specific application of a professional human resources management system is given.It is concluded that the SOA-based framework of human resource management is flexible, extendible and reusable.
