In the information age, we can improve our work efficiency if we learn the scientific office procedure and management tools.When new students are enrolled in the new term, they can produce more students' information. The traditional office procedure is hysteretic and nonstandard, so are the related data forms, which mean it is necessary to develop a management system of this kind. The present administration software of student registration which has universal properties but is not reasonable is developed for the regular institutions. Especially for the vocational and technology institutes, such current software has little efficiency because of its difference from the regular institutes.This system is designed for Shandong Xinglin Vocational and Technology institutes, which meets the need of few registrations and subject-adjusted arbitrary situation, or something like students'drop-out. This software realizes informationization for new students'registration increases the efficiency and simplifies the registration.Learning and practicing the computer tools such as C#,SQL Server and SQL, we completed all the work of requirement analysis, database design, application programming and development, which include user control, recruitment management, financial management, registration systems, logistic management, general affairs management, information query and back-stage management. It can realize the function such as user control, registration guiding, registration charging, and registration query and database generation.This paper mainly talks about research background, purpose & meaning of this project. It carries forward a detailed statement on demand analysis of this project, including statements on functions, input & output, data management and operation environments, which lays a foundation for later development of projects. Designs of database & back-stage management system are the key & difficult points to implement this system. System designs are mainly made up of database environment configuration, divisions & designs of various functional modules. Each module makes a statement from its implementation functions, operation methods, software interface & key code. Database designs cover database creation & establishment and implementation of data access technology. The above sufficient technical preparation provides a solid foundation to implement this system. We finally fulfill design & implementation of this system and make an installment & adjustment. With reasonable designs & comparative perfect functions, this system can meet basic demands in work after a test run.It is a reasonable design that is full-featured and steady after tests so it can meet the basic need of current work.
