Research And Analysis On The Student Charge Management System Of Zhongshan Vocational And Technical College

In recent years, with the expansion of recruitment scale, the complex and diversity of fee and the increasing workload of charge in high vocational colleges, student fee management has become one of the most important parts in college management. The increasing number of students causing by the expanding size of high vocational colleges leads to the complex and heavy of tuition charge. Difficulty and problems will be caused by manual charge method and student fee management in high vocational colleges will face serious challenges. Therefore, it is significantly important to enhance the management of student fees.This paper introduces the research background, project significance and current research and application situation and specifies the research content and main work. In services analysis, the paper analyzes the problems of system, the organization and the original service process diagram through communicating with Zhongshan Polytechnic, searching historical archives and holding group meeting, and then provides the improved service process diagram according to analysis results. In function analysis, basing on example analysis and description the paper specify six function of system, which are system management, fee basic information management, fee generated management, charge management, change management and query statistics management, and provides the main function package diagrams of system and sub function package diagrams including system management, fee basic information management, fee generated management, charge management, change management and query statistics management. In data analysis, the paper analyzes the data processed by all functions to achieve thumbnails and entities class diagrams of system management, fee basic information management, fee generated management, charge management, change management and query statistics management and built database table structure. Finally, all finished research and analysis work is summarized and the future work is prospected in the paper.The student fee management system that researched and analyzed in this paper is able to meet the existing demand for student fee management and dramatically improves the work efficiency of financial staffs. Moreover, the system is easy to use, keeps information secure, reliable and also costs lowly.
