Since housing reform in 1998, China's real estate market has been great strides forward more than a decade. But the past and future of China's residential sector is still full of challenge and controversy. The industry is still hard to find calm in 2010, known as the real estate industry's most stringent macro-control year.For this industry full of controversy and challenge, the media is how to realize guiding force, and how to reflect the sense of responsibility and professional; For the "housing" issue, such as what the media has said, how it has said and how the media constructed a social reality for the audience, this study will attempt to sort out this series of questions, and actively explore the answers.The study takes the news reports about "housing issues" of the mainstream press as object-oriented analysis, and we will discuss the differences from the social reality constructed by three newspapers such as'People's Daily", "China Youth Daily" and "China Construction News" whose reports are about "housing issues" with the news frame theory, development media theory, document analysis, content analysis and other methods. The study select 539 pieces of reports of the three newspapers as analysis samples in the background of regulation of real estate policies 2010, the study specificly elaborates the different "pseudo environment" presented by the three newspapers about the subject through statistical analysis of three newspapers about "housing issues"over the differences from news topics, news sources,news direction, news type and news strategy.The study finds out that, in the background of regulation, the "People's Daily" who has always put emphasis on the achievements of the construction has begun to pay more attention to people's livelihood, policy and market framework; "China Youth Daily" full of vitality has put more emphasis on multiple framework of the social responsibility criticized of the real estate industry; "China Construction News" (housing Weekly) just entering the market operation makes efforts to move closer to the professional reporting framework.Through the study above, finally the article suggests that the news reports of the real estate in the future should be improved from the following three aspects: verification and falsification of the information and sources of information, the adviser role of journalists and professional enhancement of news report content.
