Research On The Framework Of Real Estate News Reporting

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that it insists on the positioning of houses for living,not for speculation,and speeds up the establishment of a housing system with multi-subject supply,multi-channel guarantees,and simultaneous rent and purchase,so that all people can live in a place.”Housing,no speculation” is a major livelihood commitment made by the party in 2017,and it sets a clear direction for the regulation and reform of my country's property market in the next four years.From 2017 to the present,what role has the media's real estate news reports played in restraining the rise in housing prices in my country's housing market? How can news media give full play to the guiding role of positive public opinion in the complex real estate market?How does the news media construct a real estate news framework? What are the causes and influencing factors of its news framework? The above issues have become the focus of research on real estate news reports.This article attempts to take the framework theory as a research perspective,taking the real estate news from 2017 to 2020 of China.org.cn Real Estate Channel as a sample,sorting out the basic situation of its real estate news reports,the characteristics of the news framework,and the causes of the framework.And coping strategies.The purpose of this article is to explore the dissemination rules and dissemination characteristics of real estate news by the party media,in order to promote the party media's better promotion of the housing and non-speculation policy.The study found that there are four reporting framework for real estate news on China.org.cn real estate channel: policy influence framework,economic leading framework,people's livelihood construction framework,and smart technology framework.Among them,the economic dominant framework is the main framework,which is the key to positively guiding consumers to think rationally;the policy influence framework plays a supporting role,and the policy is transparent and public through agenda setting;the people's livelihood construction framework protects the rights and interests of consumers and exerts the function of public opinion supervision;the intelligent technology framework allows more people know the cutting-edge information of science and technology.The four news reporting frameworks of China.org.cn Real Estate Channel present the development trajectory of my country's real estate market.It can be seen that its news reports have played an important role in promoting the positive energy of the real estate market,guiding the audience to rational consumption,and correctly cognizing the laws of real estate economics.
