Research About The Present Situation And Issues In The Real Estate Report Of Chinese Metropolitan Newspapers

This paper applies the theory of the media framework, based on the macro context of social, political, economic and cultural development,followed by the seientific steps:Problems analyze and solve Problems.lt takes the real estate related news events in the Sourthern Metropolis Daily in all of2011as research objects,analyses the content text intensively from the following six aspects of news:the thematic framework.the source selection,the value orientation,report keynote and report forms.lt aims to explore China’s mainstream marketing news media have what kind of framework and trend,how to better report the real estate events,and play the transmission of information role as a bridge to further benefit the healthy and stable development of China’s real estate market,play the media’s social responsibility to promote good public opinion environment for the harmonious society.The full text is divided into four chapters:Chater Ⅰ,Clarify the research background and the purpose of the study,define the study objects and scope,introduce the main research methods briefly and build the overall framework of the study.Chapter Ⅱ,Review related research listeratures and results about the real estate related news events in China,on this basis,sum up their deficiencies and identify the main research direction and persoective of this study.Chapter Ⅲ,Based on the analysis of the social macro-political,economic,cultural and other relevant background framework,conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis to the content text of the news about the real estate in the Sourthern Metropolis Daily,analyze the content of the news: the thematic framework,the source selection,value orientation,report forms and the keynote of report,and after scientific statistics,through these empirical analysis,draw a reasonable inference.Chapter Ⅳ Judge and evaluate the statistics results,draw an objective and accurate findings and conclusions,and put forward some suggestions to its future framework of the report.Chapter Ⅴ, Reflect on the inadequate and limitations of this study,offer a reference to future relevant study.
