China's Network Opinion Supervision Mechanism Status Study

As Internet technology advances, it is no longer just a kind of simple communication tools, people began to give it more effect, but one effect-the network consensus supervision has also been accepted by more and more people, look at the hot public events in recent years, we can see the shadow of network consensus, in the first public event, the public has to receive the information from the network, and through the exchange of information among a network consensus, and as it types of network media increasing the social impact of public opinion, people began to use the network consensus into the supervision mechanism, this is the shaping way of the network consensus supervision.the network consensus supervision has been able to become a more popular research topic, one of its energy the important role of generating more and more insight has been perceived; Second, network media, compared with traditional media, has its distinctive features; The last but not the least, although the fast development of network public opinion, it is still a new thing, there must be some shortcomings, it needs to carry out systematic research to try to resolve these problems, therefore, the research of the network consensus supervision has great theoretical and practical significance.On the other hand, as mentioned above, the network media and network consensus supervision as a new thing, the rapid development of it also revealed its own imperfections, and because the improper application of the adverse effects, such as network violence, using "human flesh search" indiscriminately and the distortion of network consensus by anonymity. These problems bring the blocking to the healthy and orderly development of obstruction. And while the network consensus supervision has been gradually cognitive effects, but some government officials still do not realize the great power of the network consensus supervision, once suffered from the pressure of network consensus on the network, often not to know what to do, not for the first time characteristics of the Internet as a mass media to take effective measures, missed the best opportunity to solve the problem, making the situation worse, further aggravate social conflicts.To solve these problems, we try to deal with the network consensus supervision, the standarding of network consensus supervision public opinion and the guiding of network consensus supervision three aspects to find out the guidance of the Road:In response to public opinion in the network we should change that attitude of government officials, awareness-raising public opinion to face the network; and public information concerning the network can be an effective response to public opinion, network consensus supervision and avoid network crisis, the author made two main recommendations are to establish a network for the Internet Code of Ethics to users on the network on the demeanor to play the role of guide and regulate the same time, network media should strengthen self-discipline, play a guiding role in the healthy development of network consensus, at the last, the author proposed Internet media and traditional media combine, strong technology's support, the establishment of a monitoring network of professional media team and users of self-restraint and self-improvement. Hope that the content of the above can be found a way to developing the network consensus supervision for China's development.
