| The Internet opinion of universities,which has been composed of the main part of social consensus,has placed an important influence on various aspects of modern society,and should be supervised and guided eagerly.Aiming at the real demand of enhancing public opinion supervision for universities,we designed the public opinion analysis and supervision system for universities to realize the effective supervision to Internet opinion via a dynamic monitor to Internet.In this thesis,we have mainly finished the following works:1.We studied and analyzed the current situations in developing consensus supervise system,and specially,some famous consensus analysis systems have been discussed in detail.A requirement analysis to consensus system based on Internet has been expounded.Based on the analysis results,a framework for campus consensus monitoring system has been proposed.In the proposed framework,based on the modularization design thinking,we designed four modules including consensus information collection,preconditioning,analysis and management,and discussed some algorithms for consensus analysis,and designed a database system for consensus information storage.2.We have studied some algorithms such as preprocessing algorithm,web de-noising algorithm,text cluster and classifier algorithms.Aiming at the expression method of emotional tendencies for university students.We constructed emotional thesaurus and used an algorithm of emotional tendencies based on the thesaurus to decide the emotional tendencies implying in network consensus.3.Using Internet as a platform,we constructed a real consensus supervise and analysis system for university students,and preliminarily realized system interface and basic functions.The works described in this paper will play a good foundation on developing network consensus supervise systems for university and college,and at the same time,provided some experiences for developing such system. |
