Class is the most basic unit and "home" of college students and college students' growing. Its construction achievements not only affects each college students' growth and development of each class, but also affects the education results and atmosphere of the whole campus. In college class management learning organization, which establishes learning-oriented class under the new situation, development and innovation of ideological and political education of college students, has its significant practical importance.Learning-style class is based on a foundation of shared vision, it can elevate the level of team-learning, systematic thinking, self-transcending, and has the spirit of innovation and continuously challenging difficulties; its core is to learn to promote individual and collective growth and development. Through studying and applying the learning organization theory, and by way of the five stages of systematic thinking, self-transcending, improving the mental models, establishing shared vision, and team learning, students' learning ability and creativity are thus improved, their all-round development and growth are promoted. Moreover, learning-style class can guide the students to learn how to learn, to be cooperative, to transcend themselves, to cultivate a life-long learning desire, and to bring their academic potentialities into full play.In its seventh national conference, the CPC put forward a policy of "establishing a national and life-long learning society". Therefore, class learning-organization construction embodies and meets the practical needs of our new era; it is conducive to the improvement of the atmosphere and learning spirit of the class and the whole campus; it plays an important role in promoting all-round quality education and in building a harmonious campus, as well as provides an important way of enriching the class management theory and the learning organization theory.
