Study On The Management Of The Class Under The Guidance Of Learning Theory

The theory of Learning Organization was first applied in enterprisemanagement and was highly effective. Applying the theory of LearningOrganization to the construction of classes plays an important role in fullydeveloping the potency otfhis theory and better developing students.As a basic unit of organization and management of school education，thesuccess of class management to a certain extent determines the quality of thewhole school education teaching.In this paper, using the theory of Learning Organization and try to build alearning class.Encourage students to develop themselves and realize the aims anddreams that they choose.The members should learn to express their ideas throughteam learnig.
