The theory of Learning Organization was first applied in enterprisemanagement and was highly effective. Applying the theory of LearningOrganization to the construction of classes plays an important role in fullydeveloping the potency otfhis theory and better developing students.As a basic unit of organization and management of school education,thesuccess of class management to a certain extent determines the quality of thewhole school education teaching.In this paper, using the theory of Learning Organization and try to build alearning class.Encourage students to develop themselves and realize the aims anddreams that they choose.The members should learn to express their ideas throughteam learnig. Besides they can open mind to accept others’ ideas and thus come totheir unique views.All in all,Through personal mastery,mental models,shared vision, teamlearning, system thinking ifve disciplines,the whole class takes a quality leapforward.The thesis is divided into five parts. Part one Background and the ways ofthe research on Learning Class. Part two The literature review. Part three Thepractice and thinking of the construction of Learning Class. Part four Thepractice and thinking of the change rfom problem class to learning class. Part ifveThe thinking and conclusion of ifve diciplines on Learning Class.
