A Research On The Correlation Between Uyghur Classification Of Hilit And Immune Globulin , Complement, Serum C-peptide, Glycosylated Serum Protein

Objective: To analyze the difference the indexs of Immune globulin(Ig), Complement, Serum C-peptide(CP), Glycosylated Serum Protein(GSP)between the normal hilit and abnormal hilit in Traditional Uyghur medicine. to explore the correlation between the normal and abnormal hilit and the level of Ig, complement, CP and GSP indexs. Method: The body fluids of 350 outpatients are dialectically classified on the basis of theories on Traditional Uyghur Medicine and the level of Ig, CP, Complement, GSP is tesed so the differences between various indexs in normal and abnormal hilit can be detected statistically. Results: (1)The various indexs of Ig, complement, CP and GSP has a statistical difference between the normal hilit and abnormal hilit. (2)The level of Ig and complement had not any statistical difference between the four types of abnormal hilit. Conclusion: (1)The metabolic disorder of the Ig, complement, CP and GSP may common variation on the process the normal hilit produces a corresponding abnormal hilit and this may the Scientific connotation of the"same disease had a various symptom". (2)Four types of abnormal hilit and Ig, complement levels may be no correlation.
