| Objective: To observe the implementation and curative effect of the 2021 edition of the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Program for Children with Nephrotic Syndrome" in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and to statistically analyze the immune status of children with nephrotic syndrome(NS).Methods: A retrospective study method was used to collect inpatient cases diagnosed with NS in the Pediatrics Department of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 and meet the inclusion criteria, summarize the implementation and efficacy of the scheme, and detect lymphocyte subsets and immunoglobulin,to evaluate and analyze the immune status and related factors. Results: 1.A total of 137 cases of NS were collected in this study, with a male to female ratio of 2.51:1,of which 101 were primary NS,with a high incidence in preschool-age children, and 36 secondary NS cases, which were more common in school-age children;co-infectious diseases are mainly respiratory infections, and the pathogens are influenza A and B viruses,Mycoplasma pneumoniae, and Streptococcus are common;the levels of FIB and D-D in children with NS were significantly higher than the normal values in healthy children(P<0.05),and the proportion of hypercoagulability was 74.5%;the degree of conformity is consistent, and the clinical verification is in line with the actual clinical diagnosis and treatment. After the implementation of the plan, the average hospital stay was 8.68 ± 3.71 days, and the average number of days for edema subsided was 7.13 ± 2.03 days, which were all significantly lower than those in 2020,indicating an effective syndromes.2.There was a statistically significant difference between the normal values of NS children and healthy children(p<0.05);there was a statistically significant difference in B cells and IgG between frequent recurrence and non-frequent recurrence(p<0.05);there was no statistical significance in immune indexes between hormone-sensitive and hormone-resistant groups(p>0.05);there was no statistical significance in immune indexes between primary NS and secondary NS groups(p>0.05).Conclusion: 1.The clinical diagnosis and treatment plan conformed to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of syndrome differentiation and treatment. After implementation, the hospitalization days and edema subsidence time of NS children were significantly reduced, and the curative effects were all effective.2.There were immune dysfunction in NS children, and there are significant changes in total B cells and IgG in frequent relapsing NS children, suggesting that it is related to the disease and prognosis. |
