Objective: to analyze the occupation health examination results in a localenterprise for5consecutive years, to evaluate the enterprise production dust impacton the health of the workers; through the survey of the enterprise occupation health andthe analysis the monitoring data, to evaluate of occupation health status of theenterprise. Methods: a randomly selected one enterprise in2007pre occupationhealthexamination staff (according to the national occupation health standard, occupation health examination, in accordance with the unified dust exposure workersoccupation health examination items and items are qualified for5consecutive years andthen engaged in the same type of work)468, the entry into the the profession engagedin the production of dust in200employees as the exposed group, engaged in non dustproduction workers in268non exposed group entry. Asked the468employees beenexamined every occupational health examination once a year, for5consecutiveyears (2008-2012), according to the examination standard of the workers exposed todust in occupation. analyzed the occupation health examination results of twogroups every year. Investigate the enterprise’s production process, raw materials, production equipment, protective equipment, personal hygiene protective equipment. For dust concentration of the enterprise’s workplace (weight filter method), dispersion(acetic acid, free silica (Ding Zhifa) method for determination of the contentof pyrophosphate). Results: in this study a total of468people, of which the dust exposed personnel200people, non dust exposed workers268people, from2008to2012for5consecutiveyears to participate in the occupation health examination (in accordance withthe occupation health examination of workers exposed to dust standard), Occupation health examination for five consecutive times in High KV chestX-ray abnormalities are mainly two lung texture increases and disorder, not in patientswith pneumoconiosis, pulmonary function abnormalities are mainly FVC, FEV1is lessthan80, FEV1%less than70%, the abnormal ECG is mainly sinusarrhythmia, abnormal urine occult blood and urine is mainly positive blood glucose, theanomaly is mainly to reduce there duction in white blood cells and red blood cellsand hemoglobin, serum ALT is mainly test value was higher than the normal value.From2008to2012the exposed group and non exposed group each inspection aloneabnormal rate and the total abnormal rate for five consecutive years by statisticalcomparison, no significant difference. The exposed group and non exposed group healthagreement. For5consecutive years for the enterprises in the production process, rawmaterials, production equipment, protective facilities, personal health protectionproducts for investigation. For dust concentration of the enterprise’s workplace (weightfilter method), dispersion (acetic acid, free silica (Ding Zhifa) method for determinationof the content of pyrophosphate). Were evaluated as qualified. Conclusion: the production of workers exposed to dust in the enterprises havenot found suspected occupation disease and occupation disease patients, the healthof exposed workers is good, and the health status and non dust exposuregroup; occupation health status of the enterprise is good as a whole, the other relatesto dust operation enterprises should actively learn from the enterprise, makethe occupation disease enterprises to minimize the dangers of full protection of therights and interests of workers. But whether the occurrence of pneumoconiosis in workers exposed todust, exposure concentration depends on the size, height, the content of freeSiO2dust particle size and dust the length of service, personal protective equipment andother factors. Generally, the dust concentration, the free SiO2content high, dust particles dispersed degree, length of exposure to dust on theelderly susceptible to pneumoconiosis; on the other hand, is not easy to be sufferingfrom pneumoconiosis. The dust is very harmful to the health of workers, on-the-jobworkers exposed to dust pneumoconiosis may still occur. Therefore, we must take effective dust control measures, reduce the dust concentration in the workplace, strengthening personal protection of workers, to dust supplies workers issued qualified, and require workers to work must wear anti-dust masks, reduce the harm of dust onworkers. And do a good job of occupation health examination for workers before, during, leave when.
