Mixture By The Use Of Integrative Medicine Tongfu Cerebral Hemorrhage Clinical Observation Of Cerebral Edema And Non-invasive Monitor The Dynamic Clinical Value Of BORN-BE

Objective:Observe the use of Integrative Medicine Tongfu Mixture of 60 cases of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (spoutanous IntracranialHemaerrhage SICH) in patients with cerebral edema (brain edema BE) of the clinical efficacy and to assess the use of non-invasive dynamic BORN-BE BE BE Monitor for dynamic monitoring of clinical time practical value.Methods:60 cases of the SICH eligible patients were randomly divided into experimental and control group,30 patients with 30 cases. Correlation analysis showed that hemorrhage cerebral hemisphere disturbance factor changes and head CT revealed low density around hematoma volume has a significant positive correlation (P<0.01)Conclusion:(1) Integrative Medicine is better than western medicine, Tongfu mixture can effectively improve the large area of cerebral hemorrhage secondary to brain edema (BE), the degree of neurological deficit score (NIHSS) and stroke illness diagnosis score, efficacy assessment in the experimental groups were better than the control group, statistically significant; (2) BORN-BE non-invasive brain edema Dynamic Monitor dynamically monitoring and assessment of brain edema evolution, and is accurate, sensitive, practical, non-invasive characteristics, clinical diagnosis and treatment with some guidance.
