| Chronic glomerulonephritis referred to chronic nephritis, is an autoimmune disease caused by a variety of causes originating in the glomerular, occur in young adults, duration of protraction. Proteinuria is one of the main clinical manifestations, often accompanied by hematuria, urinary tube, edema, hypertension, and even renal damage. Large quantities of proteinuria can aggravate the damage of glomerular and tubular, is an independent risk factors impact on renal function and prognosis.Objective:to observe the clinical efficacy of Yibantang, which treatment chronic glomerulonephritis(insufficiency of both qi and Yin syndrome with heat-toxicity),and provide the basis for clinical,provide new treatments to delay the progress of chronic nephritis new treatments.Methods:1. Referenced to "Chinese medicine clinical research drug treatment guidelines for chronic nephritis" (Trial) inclusion and exclusion criteria for case selection,65 patients,who were outpatient and hospitalized in Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital in Wuhan from June in 2010 to Juanary in 2011 and insufficiency of both qi and Yin syndrome with heat-toxicity,were chronic glomerulonephritis patients with proteinuria. By randomized controlled experiments,35 patients were divided into treatment group and control group of 30 patients. By statistical comparison, two groups of patients in gender, age, symptom score and related laboratory medicine inspections were no statistically significant,and with comparability.2.Two groups were given the same diet care and symptomatic treatment, the treatment group received Yibantang, the control group received Nephritis rehabilitation tablets, they took medicine three times early in the evening everyday and continuous observation for 12 weeks.3. Observed the two groups of patients with qualitative urine protein, Urine RBC,24-hour urine protein, hemoglobin, serum albumin, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine,and recorded once before and after treatment. Compared the change of the laboratory indexes comparison between each group and between the two groups before and after treatment.4. Observed the mainly TCM symptoms of the two groups:Lumbar pain, fatigue, dysphoria heat, looking minimalist, sore throat, dry mouth and throat, swollen, red yellow urine. Changes of the symptoms before and after treatment,Statistics points to compare changes in integral symptom.Result:1. Clinical Comparison of the two groups:treatment group 35 cases, the total effective rate was 77.1%; control group of 30 cases, the total effective rate was 66.7%. The Ridit statistical analysis, a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05), the treatment group better than the control group. 2. Comparison of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes between the two groups:The total effective rate was 88.5% in the treatment group, the total efficiency 73.3%in the control group, by Ridit statistical analysis, there are significant differences between the two groups (P= 0.029<0.05), the treatment group than the control group.3. Comparison of TCM symptoms integrals:comparison of two group before and after treatment:Treatment group were significantly improved the symptoms, the rest symptoms of the control group were improved foreign except dry mouth and throat. Comparison between two groups after treatment:compared with the control group, red yellow urine no statistical significance,the remaining symptoms were statistically significant (P<0.05).4. Comparison of biochemical indexes between the two groups: comparison of two group before and after treatment:Qualitative urine protein, Urine RBC,24-hour urinary protein, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, hemoglobin, serum albumin were significant differences (P<0.05 or 0.01) of the two groups. Comparison after treatment between two groups:In addition to the qualitative urine protein treatment group, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine compared with the control group was not significant (P> 0.05), Urine RBC,24-hour urinary protein, hemoglobin and serum albumin compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).5. Safety Observation:, one patient with diarrhea in treatment group In the course of treatment,however, the symptoms disappeared after drug adjusted and continue medication, the other patients was no significant damage to liver and kidney function and side effects.Conclusion:1.Yibantang has the effective to reduce chronic nephritis proteinuria and hematuria(insufficiency of both qi and Yin syndrome with heat-toxicity).2. Yibantang can improve hemoglobin, serum albumin, lower serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen, and improve renal function of chronic nephritis proteinuria in patients (insufficiency of both qi and Yin syndrome with heat-toxicity).3. Yibantang can effectively improve the lumbar pain, fatigue, swelling, hand, foot and heart heat, sore throat, dry mouth and throat and other symptoms of chronic nephritis proteinuria in patients (insufficiency of both qi and Yin syndrome with heat-toxicity).4.
