The Clinical Observation Of YiQiQuFengHuaYuQingLi Method Combined With Tripterygium Wilfordii Polyglycoside Tablets In The Treatment Of Chronic Nephritis Proteinuria

Objective:To observe the difference in the clinical efficacy of replenishing qi,dispelling wind,clearing away damp-heat and removing blood stasis method combined with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets and single-use tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides tablets in the treatment of chronic nephritis proteinuria.Method:A total of 58 patients with chronic nephritis proteinuria who were admitted to the outpatient department and wards of Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to January 2021 were collected,including 29 patients in the treatment group and 29 patients in the control group,all of whom met the inclusion criteria established in this study.The treatment group was treated with replenishing qi,dispelling wind,clearing away damp-heat and removing blood stasis method combined with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets,while the control group was treated with Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets.The observation time was 3 months,and the changes of 24-hour urinary protein quantity,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and plasma albumin and the scores of TCM symptoms were observed in 2 groups before and after treatment,at the same time,the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded in order to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of this study.Results:(1)Efficacy comparison:The effective rates of western medicine in treatment group and control group was 93.10%and 86.21%,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rates of TCM in treatment group and control group was 89.66%and 37.93%,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).(2)Major efficacy indicators:After treatment for 1 month,2 months and 3 months,the 24-hour urinary protein level in both treatment group and control group was significantly improved(P<0.01),the 24-hour urinary protein quantity in the treatment group relieved markedly compared with the control group(P<0.05).(3)Secondary efficacy indicators:The serum creatinine of the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.01),serum creatinine was not significantly reduced in the control group after treatment(P<0.05),and there was no obvious difference in blood urea nitrogen and plasma albumin between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).after treatment,there was no significant difference in blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and plasma albumin between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)In terms of improving clinical symptoms:The lumbago,fatigue and edema in the treatment group were significantly relieved(P<0.01),loose stool and increased nocturia in the treatment group were relieved(P<0.05),The treatment group was better than the control group in alleviating the symptoms of lumbago,fatigue,edema,abdominal distension,loose stool and increased nocturia(P<0.05).(5)Observation of adverse reactions:The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group was 20.69%and 37.93%.The adverse reactions that occurred before the end of treatment could be improved or disappeared after treatment,and there were no lost cases caused by serious adverse events.Conclusion:The method of replenishing qi,dispelling wind,clearing away damp-heat and removing blood stasis combined with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets has a significant effect on with chronic nephritis proteinuria,which is characterized by spleen-kidney qi deficiency and wind pathogenic injury to kidney.It can significantly reduce proteinuria,protect renal function and improve clinical symptoms.Compared with tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablets alone,the therapeutic effect is obvious and the safety is good,which is worthy of clinical practice.
