Objective 312 cases of gastric cancer by the analysis of clinical data to understand cancer-related anemia in cancer patients with clinical characteristics, to know the relationship between patients with gastric cancer-related anemia and various factors, in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment to gastric cancer related anemia. Methods Select July 2008 - November 2010 clinical information completely of gastric cancer patients with pathologically confirmed 312 cases, (cases should be excluded from primary liver, kidney, and other diseases caused by hypersplenism in patients with anemia, blood system diseases excluding patients with anemia ,exclude patients with recurrent gastric cancer, exclude patients treated by blood transfusion), analysis of history, signs, routine blood testing before surgery, postoperative pathology, etc., according to blood group data were divided into anemic and non-anemia group (according to anemia anemia group were divided into mild, moderate, severe anemia), respectively, from the incidence of gastric cancer location, tumor foci size, clinical stage, differentiation of cancer cells, lymph node metastasis, tumor invasion depth and other aspects of analysis. Through access to medical records of all patients to get research data analysis to obtain information, apply SPSS statistical software obtain in patients with cancer-related anemia in cancer clinical characteristics. Results In 312 cases of gastric cancer patients, 232 cases of male and 80 female cases, 128 casesofanemia and without anemia were 184 cases, 128 cases of anemia in 57 patients with mild anemia, moderate anemia, 64 patients, 7 patients with severe anemia. 128 cases of anemia in patients, 7 cases of large cell anemia, normal cell anemia in 79 cases, 42 cases of small cell anemia. The statistical analysis showed that: Anemia among different genders was not significant (P> 0.05), in different parts of the occurrence of anemia in patients with gastric cancer was not significant (P> 0.05), cell differentiation and the anemia was not significant (P> 0.05), tumor foci size, clinical staging of gastric cancer, tumor invasion depth, lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer patients with anemia was significantly (P <0.05). Foci of tumor size and clinical staging of gastric cancer patients with anemia and the degree of statistical significance (P <0.05), and the incidence of site and cell differentiation was not significant (P> 0.05). Conclusions 1. Anemia is a common complication of gastric cancer patients. It has a high incidence in gastric cancer patients, more than a normal cell anemia and small-cell anemia mainly anemia to mild anemia and moderate degree of anemia based, and the longer duration of gastric cancer patients, anemia more likely. 2.â…¢,â…£gastric cancer, lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer patients, patients with gastric cancer diameter greater than 5cm, tumor invasion depth of gastric cancer in patients with serosal addition the incidence of anemia and severe anemia in the constituent ratio was significantly higher than stageâ… ,â…¡gastric cancer patients, without lymph node metastasis, cancer patients with a diameter less than 5cm, the depth of serosal invasion in patients, so in clinical so the incidence of anemia and the degree of anemia can preliminary estimate of gastric cancer Clinical staging, size of foci, the depth of tumor invasion and lymph node metastasis, and the longer duration of gastric cancer patients, also showed the impact of tumor-associated anemia is a prognostic factor in gastric cancer patients, can be used as an assessment of the prognosis of gastric cancer reference.
