objective To study the endoscopic duodenal nipple appearance and histopathological features of the Oddi sphincter function barrier (SOD), discusses its between the clinical symptoms relations and control measures. Methods Between March 2005 and July 2010 ,our hospital receives 36 example SOD patient(according to international Romeâ…¢Diagnosis standard), inspects with ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography), and records the shape change of outward appearance under the mirror observation, Concurrent endoscopic duodenal sphincterotomy (EST),and under the nipple mucous membrane organizes to take the biopsy, records its pathology change.Result1. 24 cases of patients are after the cholecystectomy, 67% of the total number;2. Endoscopic mucosal lesions shows mainly nipple appearance is edema (92.4%), erosion (24.1%), contact bleeding (47.2%) and so on. JPD merger (JPD) accounted for 36.1%;3. The histology inspects 1 example to be normal, 2 example pathological changes are not remarkable, assume the mild fibrosis 5.6% (2/36), other 33 examples all have the remarkable pathological change, the inflammation infiltrates 5.6% (2/36), gland pathological change 5.6% (2/36), Chronic inflammation and fibrosis 8 0 .6% (29/36).Conclusion Oddi sphincter dysfunction in the pathogenesis is multiple, cholecystectomy and duodenal diverticulum is its risk factors, SOD pathological changes in patients with papillary inflammation, fibrosis, gland diseases such as inflammatory reaction Oddi sphincter dysfunction in the pathogenesis of great significance, duodenal papillitis the primary disease is still value the existence of further study confirmed that SOD may provide a new research and treatment ideas.
