Research On Clinical Observation With Six Noble Ingredients On Pediatric Pneumonia Cough Due To The Qi Deficiency Of Spleen And Lung.

Object:Clinical research of modified xiangshaliujunzi ganules and effect on cytokine level in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia due to qi deficiency of lung and spleen.Methods:90 pediatric outpatients well up to standard of pediatric pneumonia due to qi deficiency of lung and spleen were divided stochastically into a treatment group and a control group at the rate of 2:1.Namely,treatment group included 60 cases and control group included 30.Another 10 healthy kids for health group.By comparing the general conditions,process of the disease,symptoms, physical signs and laboratory examinations,appropriate dosage of xiangshaliujunzi ganules and pulmonary cough granule were given to each group respectively according to the age of patients.14 days for one course of treatment.Then compare the improvement of symptoms and changes on cytokine level.Results:Research showed that total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%,while control group was 83.33%.The two groups both had no significant difference by statistical analysis (P>0.05).Treatment group was better than control group on improving symptoms of gurgling with sputum,pale or sallow complexion, lassitude,bad appetite and diarrhea(P<0.05),while similar effect on adjusting CD3,CD4,CD8,CD4/CD8 ratio(P>0.05).Treatment group significantly improve the cure rate of X-ray than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified xiangshaliujunzi ganules take obvious effect on the treatment of pediatric pneumonia due to qi deficiency of lung and spleen, which can adjust the patients'immunologic dysfunction effectively.In conclusion,this medicine should be popularized and applied widely. It can adjust the CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8 disorder status, should be popularized and applied.
