The Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Uric Acid Nephropathy With Shenshuning Decoction And Zuyu NO.1

Objective:To study the curative effect mechanism of Shenshuning decoction and zuyu No.1 on blood uric acid and renal function and discuss part of its clinical mechanism.Methods:A total of 60 uric acid nephropathy patients with the syndrome of Yin Deficiency of Liver and Kidney combined with Blood Stasis Block Collaterals had been observed for two months. They were administered with Shenshuning decoction and zuyu No.1 imposed on the background of basic treatment. The changes of clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes, including BUA, Scr, BUN, in all patients were observed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of 60 patients after treatment was 83.33 %.There was an obvious difference (P<0.01) before and after treatment. There was also an obvious difference (P<0.01) in the aspect of treatment effect of traditional medicine, of improvement of blood uric acid and renal function, including SCR and BUN,of reducing the level of protein and occult blood in urine. In side effects, no obvious and serious side effects were found.Conclusions:1. Shenshuning decoction and zuyu No.1 has a good curative effect, the total effective rate of 60 patients was 83.33%.In side effects, no obvious and serious side effects were found.2. Shenshuning decoction and zuyu No.1 in treating chronic uric acid nephropathy could improve the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine effectively.3.Shenshuning decoction and zuyu No.1 could improve the renal function and decrease the level of blood uric acid, protein and occult blood in urine effectively.
