Objective:Primary liver cancer(PLC) is one of the common malignant tumor. It tends to threaten patients'lives and, what's worse, to result in their death. To understand the general situation of primary liver cancer patients, this study selects 39 cases of primary liver cancer patients who were treated with interventional procedure in The Second Clinical College of Zhengzhou University. Comprehensively analyzing major factors which influenced prognosis, in order to explore the standardized treatment modalities, the elevation of interventional therapeutic effects, promote the effect of standardized treatment and provide a theory evidence for the estimation of prognosis.Method:Selecting 39 cases of primary liver cancer patients who were treated with interventional procedure in The Second Clinical College of Zhengzhou University from November 2009 to February 2011. All patients fit the clinical diagnosis standard of liver cancer which is established by China liver cancer professional committee in 2001.39 PLC patients treated with TACE were studied retrospectively, Records of patients with general information, treatment, tumor cases, inspection, etc. And to observe changes in patients. Analyze of the impact on the treatment and prognostic of liver cancer-related factors. Results:After 39 cases of primary liver cancer patients was treated with interventional procedure, half a year survival rate was 92.3%, one year survival rate was 66.7%. Most of 39 PLC patients obtained obvious effect. Analysis display significantly influential factors such as tumor diminution rate and AFP value of post-treatment.Conclusion:Interventional procedure for primary liver cancer patients is a low-trauma, high-efficacy treatment; it can improve the quality of patients'lives and prolong the survival time of patients. Interventional procedure is the preferred treatment for the patients with Primary liver cancer who have missed Surgical indications. According to the type of hepatic carcinoma, we choose the different treatment, and combine the other treatment methods, which can enhance the therapeutic effects. |
