ObjectiveBy observing and analyzing the 60 patients with complications after interventional treatment of primary hepatocellular carcinoma included in this study, objectively evaluate the clinical curative effect of Chinese herbal medicine Supplementing Xiaozheng Decoction in the treatment of postoperative complications of hepatocellular carcinoma, and provide a treatment for postoperative complications of liver cancer intervention.Clinical basis and ideas.MethodsFrom December 2016 to December 2017,60 inpatients with hepatocellular carcinoma who were eligible for enrollment in the Department of Liver Diseases,Shenzhen City Hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group.Baseline characteristics such as age and gender were balanced(P>0.05).The control group was treated with routine Western medicine. The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine decoction supplemented by Yiyi Xiaoshi on the basis of the control group. The treatment course was 2 weeks. The liver function, bone marrow suppression index, immune index, and traditional Chinese medicine were recorded before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Symptom scores, changes in Karnofsky score, and duration of clinical symptoms in each group were analyzed statistically.Results1.Alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and Aspartate transaminase(AST)were used as evaluation indicators for liver function impairment.Liver function abnormalities were found in both groups of patients after intervention(P>0.05).The ALT and AST of both groups were significantly improved before treatment(P<0.01).Comparison between groups showed that the treatment The improvement of liver function in the group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.Myelosuppression White blood cells(WBC),red blood cells(RBC),platelets(PLT)are used as evaluation indicators. There was no significant difference in bone marrow suppression between the two groups after intervention(P>0.05).After treatment,WBC and PLT counts in the treatment group were all increased(P<0.05),compared with the control group. There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);RBC in the treatment group did not increase significantly(P>0.05),while WBC,RBC and PLT counts in the control group did not change significantly before treatment(P>0.05).3.Immune function was assessed using CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ and NK cell levels. There were immunological lesions in both groups of patients after intervention, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and NK cells in the treatment group increased significantly(P<0.05),the level of CD8+ cells decreased significantly(P<0.01);the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ and NK cells in the control group No significant changes were found(P>0.05);between the two groups, the improvement of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,and NK cells in the treatment group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The quality of life was assessed by a combination of TCM symptoms scores and Karnofsky performance status(KPS)scores. There was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores and KPS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);TCM symptom scores and KPS scores improved significantly after treatment in both groups(P<0.05).The treatment group had better improvement than the control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).5.Compared with the control group, the duration of clinical symptoms such as fever, fatigue, abdominal pain and abdominal distension was significantly shorter in the treatment group(P<0.05).ConclusionsIt can significantly reduce the postoperative complications of liver cancer intervention, significantly shorten the duration of clinical symptoms, improve the patient’s quality of life, help improve patient compliance, accelerate postoperative recovery, and provide the basis for follow-up treatment.Conditions, and no obvious adverse reactions, safety is good.
