Yiqihuoxuetongbi Treatment Of Coronary Heart Disease Clinical Study Of Stable Angina Pectoris

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqiyangyin on the disease of coronary heart disease(CHD)angina, Verify Yiqiyangyin on the treatment of angina,and to probe its mechanism of action, so as to clinical crown angina heart disease and improve clinical symptoms and prognosis based on ideas and provide medication.Methods:60 inpatients of CHD with stable tired angina of gradeⅠ-Ⅲwere chosen randomly, and divided into experiment group(n=30)and control group(n=30). The experiment group was treated with Yiqiyangyin,while the control group was treated with TongXinLuo Capsule.Four weeks later,we observed the effect on the patients.Results:Respectively.the total angina effective rate is 80.0% in experiment group and 64.0% in control group.the comparison of the two groups has statistic significance(P<0.05).the experiment group shows better than that in control group;the total effective rate of the symptoms on traditional Chinese medicine is 90.0%,72.0%;ECG total effective rate is 70.0%,52.0%;two groups have remarkable difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:Yiqiyangyin method is the clinical treatment of angina pectoris in a common and effective method of administration, It can catabatic angina efectually,amend anoxemia on EKG,banish main symptom.
