Clinical Research On Treating The Coronary Heart Disease Angina Of Deficiency Of Both Qi And Blood By Jian Pi Yang Xin Decoction

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jianpiyangxin on the disease of coronary heart disease(CHD)angina, Treatment from the perspective of the common heart and spleen on the Treatment of CHD and part explore its mechanism of action, so as to clinical crown angina heart disease and improve clinical symptoms and prognosis based on ideas and provide medication.Methods:60 patients of CHD with stable tired angina of deficiency of both qi and blood were chosen randomly, and divided into experiment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The experiment group was treated with Jian Pi Yang Xin Decoction,while the control group was treated with Qi Shen Yi Qi droping pills.Four weeks later,we observed the effect on the patients.Results:Respectively,the total angina effective rate is 70.0% in experiment group and 56.7% in control group,the comparison of the two groups has statistic significance(P<0.05),the experiment group shows better than that in control group;the total effective rate of the symptoms on traditional Chinese medicine is 90.0%,66.7%(P<0.01);ECG total effective rate is 70.0%,46.6%;two groups have remarkable difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:Jian Pi Yang Xin Decoction is the clinical treatment of angina pectoris in a common and effective method of administration, It can catabatic angina efectually,amend anoxemia on EKG,banish main symptom.
