Observation Of Curative Effect Of The Inflammatory Mass In Wound Edge After Anal Fistula Surgery Treated With External Application Of DaQing Ointment And Washing Of Huaziye Tang

Objective: To observe the curative effect in treating the inflammatory mass in wound edge with DaQing Ointment(DQG) and Huaziye Tang(HZYT).Methods:There are 126 patients he divided two groups including DQG and HZYT group(the treatment group ),HZYT group(the control group). Results: The therapy group total effect rate of 100% ,compared with the compare group total effect rate of 73.3% and there were notable difference between two groups(P<0.05). The improving level of symptom after employed more significantly in the treated (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Efficiency of DQG mainly with heat-clearing and detoxifying,detumescence,cooling blood and damp-drying,remove blood stasis and dredging collaterals.Combined with washing of HZYT has clinically an obvious effect on heat-clearing and detoxifying and promoting healing.Combined Treatment of both of them on the inflammatory mass in wound edge will shorted the cure days very much and reached a satisfied effect.
