Effect Of Qiyu Gypsum Ointment On PCNA Expression In Post - Operative Fistula

Objective:In order to extend、further、innovate the pre-clinical task, this study added the achyranthis bidentatae on the basis original prescription to achieve the "drug guide " effect. In addition, the objective of this study was to explore the expression of PCNA in granulation tissue at the effective clinical method and idea of TCM, enrich the content of the promotion of wound healing and to provide the true and reliable scientific evidence in clinical extension and application of TCM.Methods:Author’s hospital selected60patients after operation for anal fistula who had received were randomly divided into the two groups, the treatment group (Qi Yu ointment gauze) and the control group (artifical cell healing membrane gauze),30cases for each. Both two groups received the same conventional disinfection anal fistula wound.The treatment group adopted dressing changes with Qi Yu ointment gauze after the surgery, while the control group with artifical cell healing membrane gauze. Then.compared and observed the area of wound surface、the wound healing rate and the expression of PCNA in the patients of both group at7th and14th day after surgery for the clinical data analysis.Results:The area of wound surface:the treatment group was obviously decreased than the control group at7th and14th day after surgery; the wound healing rate:the treatment group was superior to the control group at the7th and14th day after surgery; the expression of PCNA:the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group at the7th and14th day after surgery. At the7th day after surgery, both two groups of the PCNA expression were obviously higher than that of14th day after surgery. Conclusion:Qi Yi ointment gauze with supplementing Qi and stimulating the blood circulation-. eliminating necrotic tissues and promoting granulation, the drug guide effect, can effectively promote the wound healing after anal fistula operation. Its mechanism may be related with Qi Yu ointment gauze can promote the expression of PCNA.
