After test and formal test, we collect the data to the statistical analysis, draw physicians workload and the ratio of the sickbed number and the number of physician.Main results of the study:1. There are 8.6% attending doctors of first-line physicians in operative departments, and 16.7% attending doctors of first-line physicians in non-operative departments. There are 28% associate chief physicians of second-line physicians in operative departments. High-level physicians are doing the work of low-level, causing doctors human resource waste.2. The research time of second-line physicians in operative departments is nubile significantly lower than it in non-operative departments. The administrative management and teaching time of third-line physicians in operative departments is nubile significantly lower than it in non-operative departments.3. Clinicians are spending 3-5 hours on the job in weekend. The bed-physician ratio in operative departments is 1:0.24, and that in non-operative departments is 1:0.28. They are not reaching the standard ratio 1:0.30 in 1978.
