ObjectiveIn order to analyse the configuration and current status of nursinghuman resource in10second level comprehensive hospitals inChangchun,aiming to find out a series of questions in management,provide advices to achieve better nursing effect for nursing managers insecond level comprehensive hospitals.MethodsThis study mainly has randomly choose10second levelcomprehensive hospitals in Changchun,give out and get back thequestionnaire about nursing human resource of second levelcomprehensive hospitals in Changchun,build an database just use theWPS forms,analysed the ratio of the open beds to nurses, the actual usebeds to the ward nurses,hospital bed utilization and the relatedinformation about nurses (including ages,education background,professional title,etc.).This study mainly has focused on the theconfiguration and current status of nursing human resource in10second level comprehensive hospitals in Changchun.ResultsWe found that10second level comprehensive hospitals’ averageusing ration of open beds is89.74%and the average ratio of the openbeds to nurses is1:0.646,the number of doters to the nurses is1:1.22.Theration of clinical nurses during all nurses is76.43%.Most of the nurses,age structure is young and mid-life people,the ration of nursers during theage around20to30,31to40and over40is53.56%,17.22%and29.22%;the nurses with high education and title were minority;the rationof education and professional title structure during juniorcollege,bachelor and postgraduate is77.52%,22.13%and0.35%;theration of nursing professional title structure during primary,intermediateand advanced is47.68%,45.20%and6.80%;the ration of employednurses is51.54%about10second level comprehensive hospitals’ nursinghuman resources.ConclusionAfter analysis I found that10second level comprehensive hospitals’ nursing human resources were relatively abundant as compared withstandards, but the structure between the nursing personnel is unreasonable;nursing human resources were unfairly distributed in different positions;the number of employed nursers is increasing rapidly and reducing thestability of nursing human resource.So these hospitals existed anphenomenon:nursing human resources were wasted seriously. |
