During the chemical investigation on two plants,29 compounds were isolated from P. aquilinum and F. margarita. Their structures were established by spectral techniques and physicochemical data. These compounds covered flavonoides, lignans and acid compounds.The first chapter focused on the constitutents of P. aquilinum.20 compounds were isolated from the aerial part of P. aquilinum on repeated column chromatography, and their structures were determined by means of spectral techniques and physicochemical data. The 20 compounds were isolated and identified as follows:(-)-trans-blechnic acid (1), (-)-brainic acid (2), (2R)-pterosin B (3), (2S, 3S)-pterosin C (4), quercetin (5), isoquercitrin (6), rutin (7), isorhamnetin-3-O-(6"-O-E-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (8), astragalin (9), kaemferol-3-O-rutinose (10), triliroside (11), Hemipholin (12), protocatechuic acid (13), shikimic acid (14), benzoic acid (15),β-daucosterol (16), (3-sitosterol (17), glycerol (18), L-phenylalanine (19) and sucrose (20). Compound 3,4,6,8,10-15,18 and 19 were obtained from P. aquilinum for the first time, and compound 1,2 and 15 were isolated from family Pteridiaceae firstly.The second chapter discusses about the chemical constitutes of F. margarita.9 compounds were isolated from fruit of F. margarita on different column chromato-graphy, and their structures were determined mainly by means of spectral techniques and physicochemical data. The compounds were isolated and identified as:fortunellin (1), rhoifolin (2),4'-methoxy vitexin-2"-O-C-a-L-rhamnopyranoside (3),4'-methoxy isovitexin-2"-O-C-α-L-rhamno-pyranoside (4), rutin (5), phloretin-3',5'-di-C-β-glu-copyranoside (6),5-hydroxymethyl-furaldehyde (7),β-sitosterol (8) and daucosterol (9). flavonoids were the main chemical constituents in the fruit of F. margarita, and compound 4,7 and 8 were isolated from it for the first time.The third chapter was focused on study of the constitutents and activity of the plants of ferns. |
