| This paper tries to study the work during my three years for a master’s degree. The chemical compounds were isolated and identified from Ecliptae Prostrata Herba through a variety of Chinese herbal medicine effective components isolation methods and spectral analyses.From the title plant,23compounds were isolated and identified, mainly flavonoids, terpene, sterol and thiophene. This thesis is divided into two chapters.The first chapter mainly reviews the chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Ecliptae Prostrata Herba in detail. In recent years, the domestic and foreign researches indicate that Ecliptae contain a variety of active ingredients.It has been reported that many chemical constituents have been isolated from Ecliptae Prostrata L., such as triterpenoid saponins, flavonoids, variety of thiophenes, vanilla ethers and steroidal alkaloids. Study on the pharmacological effects mainly display in:the hemostasis, protecting liver, enzyme activation, immunomodulatory, anti-inflammatory and blood lipids.The chemical compounds of the second chapter mainly discusses the research on chemical constituents of Eclipta alba. The dried aerial parts of Ecliptae Prostrata L. is an annual herbaceous plant in the Asteraceae family. Eclipta is mainly produced in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Hubei, Guangdong Province. Based on screening from traditional medicinal plants for good prospects of pharmacological active ingredients, this topic system studies the chemical compounds of the medicinal plants. From the ethanol extract of23compounds were identified as Ecliptasaponin D (1), Ecliptasaponin A (2), Eclalbasaponin I (3), Eclalbasaponin V (4), Eclalbasaponin IV (5), Eclalbasaponin VI (6), echinocystic acid (7), Eclalbasaponin M (8), luteolin (9), luteolin-7-O-glucoside (10), apigenin (11), β-sitosterol (12), stigmasterol (13), P-daucosterol (14),2,2’-bithiophene (15),5-(3-buten-1-ynyl)-2,2’-bithiophene (16), a-formylterthienyl (17),1-O-pahnitoyl-3-O-(6’-sulfo-α-D-quinovopyranosyl)-sn-glycerol(18),3-0-(6-Deoxy-6-sulfo-α-D-glucopyranosyl)-1-O-palmitoleoyl-glyce -rol (19),(1S*,2S*,3S*,4R*,6R*)-1,2,3,6-tetrahydroxy-p-menthane (20), squalene (21), Humulene (22),(1S*,2S*,3R*,4R*,5R*)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroxy-p-menthane(23).16,18,19,20,21,23were isolated from this plant for the first time,18,19,20and23were isolated from this genus for the first time. |
