| Objective:By observing the effects of zaoboling capsule on the activities of Ca2+-ATPase and changes of ECG in celerity arrhythmia rabbit model, to investigate the preventing and curing mechanism on tachyarrhythmia and provide scientific basis for clinical application.Methods:Tachyarrhythmia rabbit models were established by intravenous aconitine method. The 24 rabbits were divided into four groups randomly:zaoboling capsule group,verapamil group,model control group and control group,seven rabbits in each group.The effects was assessed by observing and comparing the changes of ECG's phases and the activities of Ca2+-ATPase measured by determination of inorganic phosphorus in each group.Results:Compared with the model control group,zaoboling capsule group and verapamil group showed a marked difference(P<0.05)in reducing the duration of celerity arrhythmia.Model control group's myocardial Ca2+-ATPase activities was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The activities of Ca2+-ATPase in Zaoboling capsule group and verapamil group was significantly higher than the model group with a statistically difference (P <0.05);The difference between Zaoboling capsule group and verapamil group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zaoboling capsule can reduce the duration of arrhythmia which can play an important part in pretenting and curing celerity tachyarrhythmia;zaoboling capsule can improve myocardial Ca2+-ATPase activities of celerity arrhythmia. |
