| Objective: Through observing the effects of recuperating-heart granule on the activities of Na~+-K~+-ATPase of heart tissue on CHD celerity arrhythmia model, to investigate the mechanism of preventing and curing CHD celerity arrhythmia.Methods:28 CHD celerity arrhythmia rabbit models established by high fat and mainlining adrenalin were divided randomly into model group, recuperating-heart granule treat group, recuperating-heart granule prevention group, Amiodarone group. Other 7 natural rabbits were comparison group. Then observe the appearing ,resuming time, change of TC , TG and the effects of Na~+-K~+-ATPase activities by the way of spectrophotometric method.Results: Compared with comparison group, model group show that TC and TG obviously rise, Compared with model group, recuperating-heart granule prevention group show that TC , TG reduce , the difference has statistics meaning (P<0.05); Compared with model group,recuperating-heart granule treat group ,recuperating-heart granule prevention group and Amiodarone group show that appearing time of arrhythmia prolong, resuming time shorten, the difference has statistic meaning (P<0.05) ; compared with comparison group, model group show that Na~+-K~+-ATPase activities of heart tissue .reduce, the difference has statistic meaning (P<0.05) ; Compared with model group, recuperating-heart granule treat group, recuperating-heart granule prevention group and Amiodarone group show that Na~+-K~+-ATPase activities of heart tissue rise,the difference has statistic meaning( P<0.05 ) ,Compared with recuperating-heart granule treat group ,recuperating-heart granule prevention group show that Na~+-K~+-ATPase activities of heart tissue .rise, the difference has statistic meaning(P<0.05),recuperating-heart granule treat group and Amiodarone treat group show that the difference has no statistic meaning (P>0.05) . Conclusion: Recuperating- heart granule can prolong appearing time of arrhythmia, shorten resuming time, So Recuperating-heart granule could prevent and cure human CHD celerity arrhythmia. Recuperating-heart granule could change fat , It's maybe one of its mechanisms of preventing and curing CHD celerity arrhythmia. Recuperating-heart granule could change AS pathological appearance.and ultramicro-structure. Recuperating-heart granule can improve Na~+-K~+-ATPase activities of heart tissue. It's maybe one of its mechanisms of preventing and curing CHD celerity arrhythmia. |
