| Objective:Observing the effect of Yixindingjifang on Na+ channel of rabbit Hyperlipidemic celerity arrhythmia model, which maybe the mechanisms of Yixindingjingfang on treating celerity arrhythmia and offer science basis for application.Methods:By feeding high fat diet combined with intravenous injection of epinephrine way replication rabbit model of coronary heart disease with tachycardia. Rabbits were divided into 5 groups:Control group, model group, YixinDingJiFang prevention group, Yixindingjifang amiodarone treatment group and treatment group; The use of electrophysiology, RT-PCR method and spectrophotometry techniques means rabbit model of acupuncture on cardiac arrhythmias when the phase change, with tachycardia rabbit model of Na+ channel expression in myocardial cells.Results:Yixindingjifang treatment group, amiodarone in the treatment group and model group, with tachycardia and duration of the time there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Yixindingjingfang control group, Yixindingjifang treatment group, Amiodarone in the treatment group and model group, the expression of myocardial Na+ channels are rised significantly, Between the two groups showed no significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions:Yixindingjifang can reduce the current Na+ channel descend and inhibition of Na+ ions excessive influx. |
