Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Adult Ad (Wind Dryness Of Blood Deficiency Syndrome) With The Method Of Nourishing Blood And Moistening Dryness Combined With Medicine Bath

Objective:To observe the clinical effect on adult AD(wind dryness of blood deficiency syndrome)and the influence of the patients,total Serum IgE level by using nourishing blood and moistening dryness combined with medicine bath,explore the Mechanism of adult AD(wind dryness of blood deficiency syndrome).Methods:60 patients with adult AD(wind dryness of blood deficiency syndrome)were selected according to the standard.And it can be randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.Treatment group select the method of Chinese herbal medicine with nourishing blood and moistening dryness.The Chinese herbal medicine that is the decoction of Dangguiyinzi.One bag per day for 28 days.At the same time cooperated with medicine bath therapy that is the decoction of Runzaozhiyangxiji.Usage is 1st week,1st/day,2nd week,1 time/2nd,3rd and 4th week,2 times/week(such as 1 use on Monday,1 use on Friday),treatment for4 weeks.The control group was treated with oral Chloretta Tablets,10mg,once/day,even 28 days.At the same time cooperated with 0.1%hydrogenated butyrate pine cream,The frequency of medication is the same as that of the treatment group,treatment for 4 weeks.Both groups usually use WINONA moisturizer,3 times/day.The efficacy of two groups and total Serum IgE level were observed and compared before and after treatment.through statistical analysis of data,to evaluate the clinical effect of two groups of different methods for treating adult AD(wind dryness of blood deficiency syndrome).After 2 months of follow-up,relapse rate in two groups of adult AD was determined.All the data in this study were processed by SPSS21.0 statistical software.According to the data type,statistical methods were selected.X~2 test and t test were used.Results:1.Comparison of clinical efficacy:the total clinical response rate of the treatment group was 96.66%,while that of the control group was 90.00%.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Two groups of patients after treatment,SCORAD score,pruritus VAS score,relapse rate were compared,P<0.05,There were statistically significant differences between the two groups.3.The two groups before and after treatment of serum IgE level:two groups of patients before treatment,total serum IgE level,P>0.05,the two groups were comparable.After two weeks treatment,two groups of patients of total serum IgE level,P>0.05,the results showed that the two treatment methods were similar for the short-term treatment patients.After four weeks treatment,two results of total serum IgE level,P<0.05,the results showed that for the long-term treatment patients,the treatment group was better than the Western medicine control group.Conclusion:To long-term patients,The traditional Chinese medicine combined with medicine bath has better clinical effect in treating adult AD(wind dryness of blood deficiency syndrome).And it has the effect of reducing the serum total IgE level and reducing the recurrence rate in patients.
