This paper introduces the related theories of finite element analysis and dynamic analysis for the high-rise building, and analyzes aseismic behavior of a structure with transition plate in the regions of seismic intensity 7 by the sap2000 and satwe finite element software.First,we get the natural period of structure and the vibration form of each period by modal analysis, and we find when its siffness center does not coincide with the siffness of upper structure, structure will perform torsional response under seismic action. Then on the basis of the above analysis, we especially discuss and research the influence of seismic on structural displacement and floor shear and the dynamic response of seismic on the structure with transfer plate. At the same time, we find that structural displacement and floor shear are mutations at transfer floor and have a greater impact on adjacent floors because of the thick plate by analyzing deflection and moment of transfer plate under vertical load and seismic action. Finally, with seismic response spectrum analysis and dynamic time-history analysis to the structure,we analyze the influence of each parameter on structural dynamic property by changing the thickness, position of transfer plate and lateral stiffness ratio.Based on the achievements mentioned above, structure with transfer plate will characterize a better earthquake-resistant performance in regions with fortification intensity 7 as long as the limitation of ratios of equivalent lateral stiffness and story-drift is controlled within the expected range.Consequently, the feasibility of application of transfer floorslab in high-rise buildings is demonstrated in the regions of seismic intensity 7.
