With the increasing development of tall building, the diversification of architectural function is higher and higher generally. The tall building requires that the lower parts of tall building are department store or entertainment places with large space,the middle part for office occupancy,the upper for small bay of apartment.lt has to set the transfer story between the upper and lower parts of building for realizing the structural arrangement. The seismic action are major roles in the design of tall building,the lateral displacement of structure is are controlling factors;Some experts and scholars propose to reduce the structure's lateral deformation by seting horizontal story with outriggers for controlling the lateral deformation of structure under seismic action. But under the seismic action, setting the horizontal story with outriggers can cause mutations in structural stiffness and internal forces, it is not favorable to seismic for forming weak story easily.At present,there are rarely researches that setting simultaneously transfer story and story with outriggers of complex tall buildings'aseismic perforcemance.There are very few provisions in the Technical Specification for Concrete Structures for Tall Building So it is necessary to carry out research on it,so as to propose to the reference value suggestions for the seismic design of complax tall building structure.At first,the article conduct static analysis. Then setting simultaneously transfer story and story with outriggers of complex tall buildings'dynamic analysis are studied by using the China Academcy of Building Research develop the SATWE software and the finite element analysis software ANASYS,it adopts modal response spectrum method and time history analysis method.The specific contents as the following:(1) The finite element models are established and the models that there are the transfer story only and the transfer story and story with outriggers simultaneously are carried out modal analysis to get the models'natural vibration period and vibration mode.(2)The models are carried out the modal response spectrum analysis to get the law that the internal force and displacement change with the structural parameters.(3)The models are carried out the elastic time-history analysis of frequent earthquake to get the story drift and drift angle envelope diagram for analyzing the law of that they change with the structural change.It's found that the internal force increase under increasing the transfer beam section by the calculation analysis;The mutations of the seismic reaction force of the third transfer story become more evident under the seismic action;The story drift and drift angle can be reduced by setting the story with outriggers at different heights location,but setting the story with outriggers can cause the structural internal force and displacement's mutation.This site should be appropriately strengthened in the structural design to avoid formating the weak story,it can occure failure easily under the seismic action.
