The topic of this thesis is"The Study of Internationalization Strategy of ZTE", thirty years of reform and opening up, Chinese continued economic integration with the world economic, along with the rapid development of Chinese economy since the reform and opening up, the competitiveness of many Chinese enterprises has been enhanced, at present, with the degree of competition between domestic enterprises, a lot of enterprises for their development more and more seek the market and more opportunities for development, at the same time, with the globalization of economy and China joined WTO’s, enterprise internationalization has become the inevitable choice of many enterprises continue to develop and grow. In the tide of globalization, the world economy has been formed to knowledge as the foundation, to the financial activities as the center, take the information technology as the main body and the pattern of Multi-National Corporation. The sustainable development of China must rely on global resource allocation and market allocation. The future development of China must depend on the global economy blend with each other, this is an inevitable choice. Economic integration, especially in recent years as the financial crisis caused a global economic recession, the worlds are looking to the East, watching china, the enterprises become the protagonist of the world. In recent years, many industries in the domestic market gradually saturated, internationalization has become an important direction of the development of any Chinese enterprises, how to build a world-renowned brand, how to have more room for development, at present is the most concern to a lot of China leading enterprises. At the same time, there are also some changes to dare to be the first Chinese enterprises to seize the opportunity to conform to the situation, adjust its own development strategy, speed up the pace of internationalization, to participate actively in the international market competition, obtain the benefits of economic globalization. Among them, the ZTE Corp. is one of the representative enterprises China to participate in international competition. ZTE was born in Shenzhen from 1985, initially only a processing factory, after years of painstaking work at home, in 1998 had set up its own research institute in the United States of New Jersey, Santiago and Silicon Valley, and through the efforts in the near future, won the Pakistan exchange projects, the total amount of the whole project is ninety-seven million dollar, is the biggest" turnkey" project that China communication manufacturing enterprises was get in the overseas market, in 2007, won the breakthrough strategy of internationalization, international revenue accounted for the company’s total income proportion increased to 57.77%, the international income of more than at home for the first time, entered the world’s top four equipment supplier ranks. ZTE from a processing plant to today grow into the world first-class enterprise experience unknown, its international success is no doubt with a lot of great significance to other china Company that hopes to open up overseas markets or hope to become a well-known multinational companies in the future. So this paper takes the ZTE Corporation as the research object, internationalization development to it carries on the analysis, this paper make an analysis from the theory of enterprise strategy enterprise internationalization, cultural, and other aspects, hoping to find out the key factors of the internationalization success, it can provide some reference for other china company are being implemented or will implement the internationalization of enterprises.
