Science and technology are developing swiftly and violently. It is an Information technology society. Computer and internet technology makes the world smaller and due to the new technology the cost of produce and management is reducing. The economy is becoming globalization. Based on these backgrounds the question of enterprises internationalization becomes more important. Especially for all enterprises of developing countries, they are confronting more complex and grimly milieu. Enterprises of developed countries have already been internationalization and they are using rules, such as standard, through the standardization organizations to protect their benefit. So, the enterprise internationalization and the direction of enterprise internationalization become a big question for all the enterprises of developing countries.First, the author reviews the technical innovation theory and analyzes the paths and modes of technical innovation. Then the author reviews the enterprise internationalization theory including traditional international divide of work and international trade theory, modern developed countries enterprises internationalization theory, developing countries enterprises internationalization theory and updated enterprises internationalization theory. The author argues that during different period and in different countries enterprises take different ways to internationalize itself, which was restricted by the milieu at that time and in those countries. Enterprises should get to know the positions and make full use of the resources and choose the best way to internationalize itself. Technical innovation is the base for internationalization on the other side internationalization can provoke technical innovation.
