The system realizes the cooperative office of the district party committee, people's congresses, governments, communities, villages, and the open-government information to the community, offer a on-line information service to public, execute all kinds of service and management function of government on line periodically, to construct a public service information system of Weidong District E-government finally.The main results of this paper are as follows:1. Study the E-government's design model, put forth the system framework of Weidong District E-government according to the establish goal of Weidong District E-government system.2. Establish diagram of the data and control flow, draw the system structure chart, names the each function model, describe the process, retrospect the functional requirement and complete the overall system design including the interface design, error handling design, system design, system maintenance design.3. Draw the use case diagram, class diagram with Rational Rose, establish the conceptual data model and the physical data model, design the database structure with PowerDesigner. Complete the user interface design, the component diagram, the deployment diagram realize the system function.
