Design And Implementation Of Government Procurement Management System Based On.NET Framework

Government procurement is an important daily operations aspect relates to the procurement and expenditure management.Can effectively improve system efficiency through the standardization of government procurement related work,transparency in the procurement process,to promote clean government.The traditional procurement methods and statistical records artificial way obviously does not meet the needs of increased purchases and inefficient manual methods,the lack of fairness and impartiality.Thus,with the current development of information technology,design and implementation of appropriate procurement system for government agencies and deploying applications,with significant economic and social effects.The article first introduces the background and significance of the subject,and then introduces the research and development of the current government procurement system,and the status of the application of international and national government agencies.Firstly,the current actual needs of government agencies,according to the UML(Unified Modeling Language)model of software development process,from requirements analysis,analyze and explain the needs of the procurement system,followed by an overview of the system design and architecture modeling system.According to demand,the system is divided into four parts procurement office management module,supplier management module,the procurement unit management module,system management module,the detailed design of four parts,respectively,describes the system of technical and functional framework,the various parts of the detailed design and implementation.The system uses B/S model design,and SQL Server2008 stored data are given in the system design and implementation part of the source code and interface design,the final testing of the system.After full system testing,to meet the needs of government procurement management,and has a strong practical.It shows that the design of the system has shown a good effect.Thus,in the government procurement information system planning,business process scientific and rational optimization and recycling,the use of advanced technology systems modeling systems analysis and design,the system can achieve higher value and Expansion capacity.Application of the system of government procurement has a positive role in promoting,has good application and popularization value.
