Research, Information Resources Management System Based On The Network File

The purpose to develop the nets based Archives Information Management System is for strengthening Archives information of projection utilization among all Institution, reinforcing Information management ability and efficiency, and enhancing utilization ratio, timeliness and veracity of datum and information.In this paper, some achievements were presented as follows.i) The contents and emphases need to be researched were pinpointed after analyzing technical basis of developing system, according to system background introduced.ii) The key techniques of system development were presented, and the goal and design rules of system design, and the strategy and method of system development were discussed, by considering system actual circumstance from the general law of system development.iii) The general structure of system and database was established, and the main functions of system were described on the base of user requirements analysis.iv) For solution of main functions and the key techniques that include the middleware techniques and the problems of Notes database output to print, it was analyzed in detail by use of examples. And the details of its solution were presented.v)Furthermore, the summary of experience and existing problems in Information management developing was presented.
