Research On The Information Construction Of XB Enterprise Archives Management

In order to adapt to the development of the times,in response to the requirements of the National Archives and the parent company Archives for archives informational construction,to facilitate the efficient management and full expeditious utilization of archival materials by XB Corporation,this paper uses XB Corporation as an example to analyze and research its archival information Construction.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the existing file management of XB Company,follows the principles and methods of enterprise informational construction,put forward an effective program of informational improvement,The research results have enlightenment for the construction of archives informationization in similar industries.Combined with the background of XB industry,the paper analyses the main problems of XB company in portfolios such as Weak information awareness,old infrastructure equipment,backward and inefficient management,complex and complicated security measures,lack of personnel quality training by using Literature research method,case analysis method,questionnaire survey method,discussion method,chart method,etc.The paper attaches importance to studying the effects of XB company archives information on overall management,technical applicability,user demand guidance,confidentiality and safety,file information " shed" and effective promotion from the characteristics of the original,accuracy,richness,service,intelligence,resource sharing,etc.This paper uses RFID(radio frequency identification)archives inventory management,electronic document delivery,archives retrieval,real-time inventory,information statistics,network security approval,borrow status query,information push,information transfer and other methods to deal with a series of problems in the construction of archives information.In the meantime,we need do a good job in planning,leadership,control and other management work,and put forward safeguard measures for the construction of archives information from the establishment of information concept,strengthen infrastructure construction,innovation management process and enhance the professional quality of archivists during the process of archives informatization construction.At the same time,XB company as a typical old state-owned enterprises,traditional manufacturing enterprises,mergers and transformations and other labels of enterprises,In this paper,the enterprise archive information technology is lagging behind the state's overall informatization level,and it has some reference value for the future informatization construction of enterprises in similar situations.
