Heat Exchanger is an essential heat exchange and delivery equipment in chemical industry production where it has accouted for a large proportion. However,Heat Exchanger with the long-running probably bring about many failure,and no matter what happened fault, it can reduce efficiency and system operation of heat exchanger.At present, there are many monitor methodology about Heat Exchanger in our country, but most of them are not very perfect, such as heat transfer efficiency using temperature differerence of media by artificial means,corrosion is only found with a serious leak of Heat Exchanger.it would probably lead to a large area of pollution for medias and rivers. The problems often get rise to non-scheduled frequent maintenance, increase operating cost and to waste for energy. Therefore, it has become a pressing need to study a new diagnose methods of Heat Exchanger.In view of this, this article synthesizing the technology of the short-range wireless transmission, sensors, polling algorithm technology designe line monitoring system of Heat Exchanger. The system can real-time monitor operating process, can on-line analyze heat transfer efficiency, reliability and running resistance, can timely detect failures and implement system detection about Heat Exchanger,at the same time,the system will bring about substantial savings cost on investment.The technology route of system is that four pipe of Heat Exchange install separa- tely four plug-in integrated sensors,the monitoring center can real-time receive, calcu- late, process the connected data and save into database. The change of real-time data can be reflected through simulation curve. Heat absorption and release can be real-time displayed, and the heat transfer efficiency may be calculated by the system. All the history records of heat exchanger efficiency can be queried from the database. By comparing, changing trends of heat exchanger efficiency can be very intuitively anayzed. Through the analysis of fluid pressure and efficient heat exchanger, cleaning cycle of Heat Exchanger can be determined on experience,changing trends of flow can be very intuitively analyzed by querying from the database, at the same time,leakage of Heat Exchanger can be determined on experience. According to the experimental verification, this system can be satisfied with the demand of real-time online monitor of Heat Exchanger and has higher reliability.
