Chinese urban heating simultaneously develops with national construction.The centralized heating business started from the first five-year plan.In 1980,China established a heating policy for the development of centralized heating.With the rapid development of economy,centralized heating has become the main form of urban heating.In accordance with the way by which heat source provides users with heat,the centralized heating system could be divided into two modes.The first one is that heat carrier directly flows to heat users,while another one is indirect.In the second mode,heat carrier flows from the heat source into the heat exchanger station firstly,and then exchanges heat with the heat carrier in the secondary heat supply network under the help of heat exchanger units,finally the heat carrier in the secondary heat supply network flows into heat users.This paper designs an intelligent heat exchanger units controller based on ARM core under the background of the second mode.The controller has a structure of two MCU,the intelligent control algorithm inside makes it possible that the heat exchanger units can automatically adjust the heat exchange process according to the climatic conditions and hot users' requirements.In addition,the controller has human-computer interaction,over-limit alarm,fault handling,remote communication and other functions.So this controller can meet the needs of different application scenarios and achieve the purpose of unattended heat exchanger station.With the rapid development of IoT and industry informatization,urban centralized heating system has gradually changed from separate management to centralied control.The controller designed by this paper makes this change possible,so it has broad development potential and market prospects.This paper begins with introducing the background of the sustainable development of the heating field,then expounds the necessity of studying a new intelligent heat exchanger units controller.Secondly,it introduces the composition,working principle and characteristics of centralized heating system,heat exchanger station and heat exchanger units in turn,and selects the method which combines the fuzzy-PID control algorithm with the principle of climate compensation to control the heat exchanger units.Thirdly,it puts forward a dual MCU system scheme,and chooses STM32F10x series chip which based on ARM Cortex-M3 core as the microcontroller,making the control function and the communication function realized separately and providing assurance for the system's reliability and real-time.Next,the software design uses diffirent architectures for diffirent modules,the main contreoller uses the traditional front and back way which contains a main loop and multiple interrupts,while the communication controller is transplanted ?C/OS-?embedded real-time operating system and it could set the priority,sleep conditions and the communication way for each task according to its characteristics and relationship between them to make the program implement each task by its priority.At last,after the tests in the simulated enviroment and the actual heat exchanger station,the experimental results show that the heat exchanger units controller designed by this paper meets the control requirements.
