As a complex network system,the wireless sensor networks cooperate with the sensor node,the convergence node and the task management node to complete the data sensing,acquisition and processing in the monitoring area,it is widely used in military,industrial,agricultural and medical fields,but the sensor node's own processing power,storage capacity,communication capacity and power capacity is limited,and transmission stability vulnerable to building environmental factors,resulting in real-time reliability of monitoring data transmission is reduced,even when the network transmission failure,data transmission and other issues.In thesis,the wireless sensor networks as the main research object,around the network monitoring data transmission real-time,reliability to carry out in-depth study,the main research work is as follows:First of all,excellent network connectivity and coverage is a prerequisite for real-time reliable transmission of wireless sensor networks data,therefore,it is necessary to carry out research work from node deployment to meet the demand of network communication and data monitoring,in order to improve the connectivity and coverage of the network,a kind of directed perception model is proposed,and an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to optimize the simulation of the directional sensing model,the simulation algorithm is used to improve the network coverage,which can effectively guarantee the wireless sensor networks service quality,provide reliable data acquisition,processing and transmission services.Secondly,in order to reduce the redundancy and difference of network monitoring data,a data fusion algorithm of wireless sensor networks based on fuzzy evidence theory is proposed to improve the reliability of real-time measurement data,reducing node energy consumption and prolonging network life cycle,based on the theory of D-S evidence,a new method of calculating the mutual support between sensory nodes is designed by introducing the membership function of fuzzy mathematics principle,based on the idea of trust allocation,the measured value is transformed into corresponding evidence,the experimental results show that this method can improve the precision of data fusion and reduce the delay of transmission.Finally,based on the above-mentioned research on the real-time and reliable transmission strategy of wireless sensor networks data,a real-time positioning system of manufacturing workshop based on wireless sensor networks is designed.The system can effectively reduce the interference of external factors,positioning error and obtain the workshop manufacturing resources real-time positioning,effective access to personnel,materials,logistics vehicles and other manufacturing resources,location data,easy to carry out resource awareness and scheduling management,thereby enhancing the management standards and product quality.
