Along with the infrared focal plane device progress greatly, the object of weapon's guide has developed from point to image. There are wide requirements of creating dynamic infrared image in many producing steps of weapon which is controlled and guided by infrared image, especially in the testing and evaluation steps. In order to track object, the guiding head must detect the infrared radiation of vary objects in different backgrounds. Traditionally, a large number of flying experiments in the outdoor were needed, because of the environments can not be controlled, and the number of testing are limited, then they can't go through each condition which will be suffered in the real battlefield. In this dissertation, the technology of creating dynamic infrared image has been presented. By this technology, the infrared image with vary objects and backgrounds in different conditions can be easily and quickly obtained. Then all around performance criterions and improvement information can be got by using the infrared image to evaluate the guide system. So this technology have very important theory meaning and a vide applying aero and becomes a very important study in the infrared image simulation.Firstly, analyzing and computing the infrared radiation of target and background from the theories, and the various influence of target and background's infrared radiation which included the infrared radiation laws, infrared radiation source, characteristic radiation of target, infrared radiation reduce by atmosphere etc. have been presented. Secendly, the development environment of the dynamic infrared pictures and the creating process of infrared picture in the battlefield have been introduced in detail. Thirdly, the model with a LOD (level of detail) of target building and geography were builted up by the Multigen Creator. Fourthly, the scene (weather and geography environment etc.) was configured by the Vega. Dynamic images were created according to varies objects' moving rules. The related parameters of infrared radiation were configured with the infrared theories analysis and the result gained by calculation as basis, and furthermore the visiable light images were converted to the infrared images.Finally, for carrying out more complicated movement control, and raising programes' reduplicate using and transplant, API of Vega was used to programe. Set out from the Vega and the Visual C++ 6.0 consociation programing, real procedure was presented. The result from the experiment shows the programming control to the player can emulate experience of various object in the reality betterly.
