Based on the news frame theory, this article chooses six newspapers of mainland and Taiwan as stylebook, and gathers statistics of relative reports. By comparing and analyzing the reporting mode and content of "Present Panda for Taiwan", this article opens out how the medias choosing news materials and constructing them when the hypersensitive events happen. By analyzing this media situation, this article makes out some conclusions. Firstly, on the news materials choosing, these medias are lack of communication. And the whole six newspapers present the introversion and self-regard. These medias have a common characteristic of deflection. Secondly, on the news materials construction, medias of mainland and Taiwan make different sights: medias in mainland seem same and those in Taiwan seem not. Both sides choose the self-regarded reporting frame. Medias in mainland choose the episodic frame and those in Taiwan choose thematic frame. Aiming at those conclusions, this article also talks about the reason of the differences, which may be the regime controlling degree and media communication system. In the end, the article especially analyses Taiwan's culture may influence the "Present Panda for Taiwan" reporting. The article believes that nowadays we must pay close attention to the culture life line of mainland China and Taiwan, which also supply a new angle of view on the research of media communication of mainland and Taiwan.
