| With the development of computer based network and file-compression technology, telemedicine is becoming a modern working mode for medical treatment and medical education. It's the combination of modern medicine technology, computer science and telecommunications technology. The limitation of time and space on the distribution of medical treatment resourses was broken ever since. Telemedicine includes many medical subspecialties, of which teleconsultation is the most important part. The key technology on how to achieve real-time audio&video transfer through internet is regarded as one of the important fields in the development of internet media.This essay focused on the crucial real-time transfer technology of audio and video, and a new software was created to simulate this progress.Firstly, four alternative mode was introduces for H.263 data compress arithmetic:The mode of nonrestrictive sportive vector, syntax-based arithmetic coding mode,the mode of supernal forecast, and the mode of PB frame. An optimized function of color interspace converting on the base of series of analyzes was conducted. By the means of an arithmetic of Discrete Consine Transform and arithmetic of Motion Compensation, an better result was obtained. Secondly, this essay will tell you in detail the real-time network transport protocols RTP/RTCP and it's data package format. With the research on the present RTP/RTCP control mechanism, it brings forward the methods of Adaptive transporting.Finally,this essay explains how to implement teleconsultation system from three steps: booking, patient inquiry and teleconsultation. The client server records patient information and make a reservation for patient; the centre arranges the consultation time after receiving client's information through data server and client can inquiry the process; during the consultation,it hightens the quality of video frequency by using Adaptive transporting.Improve the real-time audio and video transmision quality, the effect is good. |
