MSBS is an ideal setup for the modern wind tunnel experiment, which appends the model in the wind tunnel with magnetic force and makes it move with six-freedom around the appending point. So measurement of air dynamics can be done without support and static and dynamic experiment data can be provided without the disturbance of bracket, the 300mmx300mm MSBS which is finished by us used as the object , the testing system and the stance control system are researched .A new project of constructing virtual instruments was put forward, based on DAQ and Labview, after the detailed analysis and comparison of the characteristics of three most important projects of constructing virtual instruments at present.The testing system of the magnetic suspension and balance system was analysized in detail and the testing of multi-variables , emphasized on the current signals and the position signals , including the successive observations of multi-signal, stepping observations, and the selectable storage and recurrence of important signals was realized with software.And the stance of the magnetic suspension and balance system was controlled dynamically based on LABVIEW and high-speed counter/timer .The buildup scheme of the hardwares and the control interface are designed so the real-time and visualization of the control was achieved with LabVIEW.
